Shipping

Your order will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.  All orders placed after 5pm EST will be counted for the next business day.  We ship with USPS and are not responsible for late shipments or lost packages once in their possession. All delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Incomplete and incorrect address information are the major causes of shipment delays, therefore please double check and ensure ALL address information is correct.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. If there is an error with your order, all exchanges must be returned in original packaging and communicated through email to Painted Layers within 72 hours of delivery. For questions or concerns, please email support@paintedlayers.com

Salon Services

Please note that children are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. If you experience an issue with child care, please reach out to be rescheduled for a later date.

If you are experiencing any sickness, or have been in close proximity with someone who is sick (Covid-19, flu, common cold, etc), we will be unable to service you for at least 10 days.

We provide a grace period of 15 minutes for clients who are running late. Once you've been late twice, you will be charged a late fee of $25. After 15 minutes, we will have to reschedule.
